Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
