Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

This includes our products (e.g. shoe customization) that are made to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.


Order Cancellations & Changes

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once your order has entered production.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
