Collab #10: "Clown"

This collaboration is dedicated to all the Clowns at heart and Clowns by trade. Ideas inspired by a DC Comic antagonist and other infamous clowns, this LooCo "Clown" has light cloth adhesions along with a bright red "N" as if it were face paint fresh from the local circus. Cheers to our clowns!!
